US lawmakers took selfie with PM Modi
Several members of the US Congress met Prime Minister Modi during his address to the joint session. Also took autographs and selfies with him. Then after his address, PM Modi signed the joint session address book of the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Kevin McCarthy.
During his almost hour-long speech, PM Modi said that democracy in America is the oldest in the world, while India is the largest democracy in the world, so this partnership of both the countries is very good for the future of democracy. During his address, PM took a dig at Pakistan for terrorism even without naming it.
