Both these cases are based on the gruesome violence that took place on 9th May. Imran Khan has filed a petition for anticipatory bail in all cases in the Lahore High Court. Quoting sources, news is coming that Jinnah House and Gulberg Askari Tower cases will be investigated under the Army Act. Apart from Imran Khan, PTI leaders Ejaz Chaudhary, Hammad Azhar Umar Sarfaraz Cheema, Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Murad Saeed, Asad Umar, Dr. Yasmin Rashid, Mian Mehmood ur Rashid and more than 50 have been nominated.

In both these cases, 19 more sections including terrorism have been imposed. In which sections of treason and sloganeering against the Pakistani army have also been included. According to sources, after arresting the accused in both these cases, the police can also hand them over to the Pakistan Army.
Please tell that at the time of his arrest, Imran Khan had filed a petition for anticipatory bail in the Lahore High Court on all the cases going on against him. The Lahore High Court has reserved its decision on this on Tuesday. However, the court has not yet given its verdict on this.
