Saudi Arabian Foreign Minister Farhan Al-Saud said that relations between India and Saudi Arabia have grown rapidly in the last five years. The major reason for this is the better coordination between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Crown Prince.

Describing relations with India as top priority, Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Minister Farhan Al-Saud Said that relations between the two countries have grown rapidly. He said that there is a need for progress in all areas, especially in economic and trade relations. Prime Minister Narendra Modi And Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman Highlighting the strong ties between the two countries, the minister said that both the leaders want to see progress in relations between the countries.
In an interview with Samir Saran, President of the Observer Research Foundation (ORF) at Raisina ‘Ideas’, the Saudi Foreign Minister said that relations with India are a top priority and we need measurable progress in all areas, especially in economic and trade ties. Progress is needed.

Strong ties between India and Saudi Arabia
Al-Saud said that relations between India and Saudi Arabia have grown rapidly in the last five years. The major reason for this is the very strong relationship between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Crown Prince. Both are very similar in the sense that they both are very result oriented. They don’t just want a good thing, they want to see real results, they want to see progress and that means we have a very clear direction in government.

India a dynamic country with huge potential
Emphasizing on India’s growing global stature, he said that it is a dynamic country with huge potential and we have seen that India’s potential has grown exponentially especially in the last five years. India has played an important role in the development journey of the kingdom for several decades, given the large Indian diaspora in Saudi Arabia. He said though we had a relationship before this as well. We are now building that relationship in a way that not only benefits both of us, but actually benefits the international community as well. He also said that India’s sheer size offered great potential as a large amount of India’s trade with Europe passed through the Red Sea. He said that we are certainly the most important energy partner of India.
Happy about the strong relationship between the two countries
Earlier, Saudi Arabia’s Ambassador to India Saleh Eid Al Hussaini had said that he wanted to further strengthen this relationship. Speaking on the foundation day celebrations of Saudi Arabia here, the ambassador said he was happy about the strong and friendly relationship between the two countries. Hussaini said that we are very happy to have a strong relationship with our friendly country India. Also for a long time, we have had this relationship and we have been asked to take this relationship to the next level, which we can do.
