China’s National Space Administration (CNSA) is planning to launch tourism flights to space by 2025. For this, passengers are expected to charge around 2-3 million yuan ($287,200 to $430,800) per seat. CGTN said the country is expected to focus on short sub-orbital flights that will take passengers into space and then back. Yang Yiqiang, senior rocket scientist and founder of Beijing-based rocket company CAS Space, told CGTN that three modes of space travel are being explored.
