so-called permanent ambassador of the United States of America Vijayapriya Nityananda has clarified. They say that Nityananda was being persecuted for reviving the ancient traditions of Hinduism. Actually, Nithyananda is a fugitive and has been accused of rape. Speaking at a United Nations event in Geneva last week, Vijayapriya had said that Nithyananda, accused of rape, was being harassed. After her remarks at the event went viral on social media, Vijayapriya clarified that the so-called “United States of Kailasa” has “high relations” with India.
She said, ‘I would like to clarify that Nithyananda Paramasivam has been persecuted by some anti-Hindu elements in his birthplace. The United Kingdom of Kailasa holds India in high regard and has honored India as its Gurupeedam. We would like to issue a clarification regarding my statement at the United Nations, which is being falsely propagated and distorted by some anti-Hindu sections of the media.
He said, ‘We urge the Government of India to take action against these anti-Hindu elements, who are attacking and instigating against Kailasa. It is important to note that these actions do not reflect the values of the population of India. The UN human rights office on Thursday said any arguments made by representatives of the so-called ‘United States of Kailasa (USK)’ founded by Indian fugitive Nithyananda at its public gatherings in Geneva last week are ‘irrelevant’ and the final draft It will not be considered in the result.
‘Vijaypriya Nityananda’s speech was ignored’

Registration for these public meetings was open to all. The comments from the OHCHR spokesperson came after videos and photographs went viral on social media in which a USK representative is seen speaking on behalf of the fictional country on ‘Indigenous rights and sustainable development’. There was no immediate comment from India’s Permanent Mission in Geneva. However, TS Tirumurti, India’s former Permanent Representative to the United Nations, called it a “complete abuse” of UN procedures. He said, ‘It is a complete abuse of UN procedures that representatives of an organization run by a fugitive address the UN as NGO or otherwise. India has been calling for a robust process to ensure that only credible NGOs are recognised. However, this call has not been heeded.
