Google and Facebook in top-3 out of 278 companies
MyLogic analyzed the financial information of 278 companies included in the S&P 500. In this, based on the average salary of all the companies, it was concluded that Google and Facebook have given the highest salary to their employees in 2022.
Let us tell, S&P 500 is the stock market index of America, like Nifty 50 in India, it monitors the financial accounts and other activities of 500 big companies there.
Employees got this much average salary
After data analysis, it was found that Facebook has been on the second number in this list by giving an average salary of 3 lakh dollars. While Alphabet is at number three with a salary of $2.80 lakh.
And the company topping the list with an average salary of $4.15 lakh is a real estate investment trust. Only 22 employees work in this company named Vici Properties of America.
Let us tell, in November 2022, Meta had laid off 11,000 people. Whereas in March this year, it was announced to remove 10,000 more employees from the job. At the same time, Google has talked about laying off 12,000 people.
