Rohit Sharma has admitted that the team is missing Jasprit Bumrah.

But the problem with Bumrah remains with his injuries. This player is out of the team even at this time and the reason for this is his injury. Due to injury, Bumrah did not play in Asia Cup-2022. For this reason, he could not play even in the ICC T20 World Cup-2022. Now Indian captain Rohit Sharma has said that the team has got used to playing without Bumrah.
Bumrah has suffered a back injury and that is why he has been away from cricket for a long time. Earlier this year, he was included in the team in the ODI series against Sri Lanka, but when he had trouble again, he left the team.

Difficult to fill Bumrah’s place
Bumrah is out of IPL and apart from this he will also not be able to play in the final of ICC World Test Championship. After the second match against Australia, Rohit admitted that Bumrah has been out of the team for eight months and now the team has got used to his absence. The Indian captain but at the same time admitted that it is very difficult to fill the place of this fast bowler. Rohit said that Bumrah is not with the team right now so the team is not thinking about him.
India currently has fast bowlers like Mohammed Shami, Mohammed Siraj, Shardul Thakur, Umran Malik and Jaydev Unadkat. All these are currently part of the three-match ODI series being played against Australia. Rohit said that all of them have performed the responsibility well in the absence of Bumrah.

Bumrah recently had surgery in New Zealand. It was told in media reports that Bumrah’s surgery was done by Dr. Rowan Scotton. His surgery was successful and he is now undergoing rehab.
