Delhi: His age is only 20 years. But if you go on this, you will be cheated. Just like the UP Warriors team got on the pitch of WPL. By dismissing RCB big players like Sophie Devine, Smriti Mandhana, Alyssa Perry, the UP team thought that now the game is theirs. But, Kanika Ahuja single-handedly destroyed this intention of hers.
Kanika, who came out of Patiala and dreams of playing cricket for India, has passed her first test by making RCB win the truth. This test was of his toughness. In the flowing ganga of runs, every batsman washes his hands or takes them. But, the difficulty in front of Kanika was much bigger than this against UP Warriors, in which she passed with full marks.

Turned the stuck match towards RCB’s victory
Left-handed batsman Kanika Ahuja’s steps were lying at the crease when RCB’s top 4 wickets went for just 60 runs while chasing the target of 136 runs. The prudence shown by Kanika in such a situation was amazing. Despite not having much experience, he did not let him feel lacking. And, adapted himself to the situation and played a fine inning.
Kanika scored 46 runs in 30 balls hitting 8 fours and 1 six and also shared a 60-run partnership with Richa Ghosh for the 5th wicket. The effect of this was that RCB suddenly came from back foot to front foot in the match.
