Jay Shah had said in a statement on Tuesday that “all full members, media rights holders and stadium rights holders were initially hesitant to commit to hosting the entire tournament in Pakistan. “This reluctance stems from concerns regarding the prevailing security and economic situation in the country.”
Pakistan to host Champions Trophy
After Asia Cup 2023, Pakistan has the responsibility of hosting Champions Trophy 2025. But when India had clearly refused to go to Pakistan for the Asia Cup 2023, then how can India go to Pakistan for the Champions Trophy. However, it remains to be seen whether India will go to Pakistan in the year 2025 or not.
