    Mohammed Shami is one of the best bowlers of Gujarat Titans in Indian cricket and IPL. And these days he is busy in season 16 of IPL. But he is not taking the name of ending the dispute with his wife Hasin Jahan. Due to which he is also in limelight for the allegations of domestic violence leveled by Haseen Jahan. At the same time, his wife has filed a special petition in the Supreme Court, in which she made serious allegations against Shami like domestic violence and immoral relations with other women. After which the Supreme Court heard Hasin Jahan’s petition and issued a notice to the cricketer.

    Let us tell you that, Hasin Jahan has asked the Supreme Court to resume the criminal trial against the Indian cricketer on the charges of dowry demand and domestic violence and to remove the stay imposed by the sessions court on the arrest of the cricketer.

    At the same time, during the hearing, when the lawyer told the court that Hasin Jahan was framing her husband, on which the CJI said, why should we become a party? Have you served them? Issue notice to them and also tag this matter with pending litigation.

    Significantly, Indian cricket team’s fast bowler Mohammad Shami has denied all the allegations made by Hasin Jahan. But she is continuously filing cases against Shami to get justice. In 2018, this fast bowler of Gujarat Titans and his elder brother were also questioned by the women’s police of Calcutta. After which Shami’s arrest warrant was also issued by Alipore Court. But no action was taken due to stay of warrant.
