Sanju Samson will return on West Indies tour! Can be seen playing in ODI and T20 series

Rajasthan Royals wicket-keeper batsman Sanju Samson is all set to make a comeback during India’s tour of the West Indies (IND vs WI). Sanju who did not play in the T20 series against Sri Lanka and New Zealand. But now it is believed that this wicket-keeper batsman can be seen playing in ODI and T20 series against West Indies.

Significantly, due to always being in and out of the team and not scoring runs consistently, Samson is likely to be included in the team due to the absence of some senior players in the team. At the same time, Samson last played T20 match against Sri Lanka, but after that he got injured.

After that, Sanju played in IPL 2023 but did not see good performance from his side during this period. Sanju scored only 360 runs in 13 innings in this IPL. Against the West Indies, the wicket-keeper batsman will be expected to play and make the most of his chances.

With Rishabh Pant out of the team at least till the ODI World Cup, Samson is sure to get ample chances along with Ishan Kishan. Not only in T20, but Sanju can also get a chance for the ODI team. With KL Rahul injured, Samson could be seen playing as a wicket-keeper batsman in the 50-over format.
