The second semi-final match of the World Cup 2023 between South Africa and Australia is to be held at Eden Gardens, Kolkata. But, even before it started, the sword of rain has already hung over it. But, if rain becomes a hindrance on the second day also, then efforts will be made to somehow get the result by playing 20-20 overs cricket.

In this situation, ICC will then decide the finalists on the basis of the team’s ranking in the points table of the league round.
