New Delhi: India’s young fast bowler Mohammad Siraj is currently playing in IPL-2023. He is giving success to Royal Challengers Bangalore with his bowling. Siraj has also become an important member of the Indian team. This bowler has now made a surprising disclosure. Siraj has said that he had dengue in 2017 and during this time his condition had worsened so much that he started fearing his death.
Although Siraj was not in Team India at that time. He was playing for Sunrisers Hyderabad in IPL. But the matter that Siraj has told is with the Under-23 team. Siraj said that he was selected for the Under-23 team but a day before the departure of the team, his health was not good and he was in the grip of dengue.

‘If I had not been admitted, I would have died’
Siraj told that he was getting nervous and his plate rates had gone down. Siraj said that he could have died if he had not been admitted to the hospital. Siraj said that he told his coach about his condition but he was new to the team, so the coach did not believe him. Siraj told that the coach felt that he was lying. Siraj said these things on Gaurav Kapoor’s show.
Siraj said that he used to make excuses to avoid practice, so Siraj said that when he told the coach about the illness and said that he was in the hospital, he did not believe it. The coach thought that Siraj was lying. The coach told Siraj that if he did not come to practice, he would be dropped from the team.

sought help from father
Siraj was nervous after listening to the coach and he woke up his father at 5-5:30 in the morning and said that he has to go to practice, otherwise he will be out of the team. His father was surprised to hear this from Siraj. However, he took Siraj to practice. Siraj practiced in the condition of illness and then when he got the test done again, his report came back normal, which he was surprised to see.
