New Delhi.India won an ICC title under the captaincy of Virat Kohli. He had put the ICC title in India’s bag under his captaincy about 15 years ago. He got this success in the Under 19 World Cup. Kohli gave India a big title by defeating South Africa by 12 runs in the title match. With this, Kohli became the big face of Indian cricket. A few months after winning the Under-19 World Cup, Kohli made his debut in the senior team and showed his mettle to the world. Kohli took Indian cricket to new heights. Took command of the team. He captained India in many ICC events, but Kohli, who has many records in his name, could not win a single ICC title for India as a captain at the senior level.
Kohli left the captaincy last year with unfulfilled dreams. Kohli could win only one ICC title as captain in his career. Exactly 15 years ago, he lifted the World Cup trophy.
