Asia Cup 2023: Hardik (Hardik Pandya), Virat (Virat Kohli) and coach Dravid (Rahul Dravid) honored Nepali cricketers after the match.

Indian cricket team defeated Nepal and made it to the Super 4 of Asia Cup. Nepal team had come to play against Team India for the first time. After the match, Indian cricketers Hardik Pandya, Virat Kohli and head coach Rahul Dravid honored the Nepalese cricketers.
Nepal cricket team was playing Asia Cup tournament for the first time, it was a historic tournament for them. Earlier she had come to play against Pakistan. Having lost both the matches, Nepal is out of the Asia Cup but she is happy and believes that this is not the end for her but a beginning in cricket for her country. After the match, the Indian players felicitated the Nepalese cricketers in the presence of the head coach of the Nepal cricket team.
After the match, Nepal’s head coach Monty Desai honored the top performers of his team with the Indian players. Hardik Pandya honored all-rounder Sompal Kami, who played a good inning of 48 runs. Monty gave the medal to Hardik which he wore to Sompal.
Kami handed over the second medal to Virat Kohli and called out the name of Nepal’s top scorer Asif Shaikh. He had played an innings of 58 runs. While giving the award, Kohli said that you are getting this award because of me. Actually, Kohli had dropped an easy catch in the very second over.
