The former fast bowler has recently made statements regarding the role of Indian Muslims in the India vs Pakistan (IND vs PAK) match. Which is also being discussed a lot on social media. Former Pakistan fast bowler Rana Naved said in a podcast that Indian Muslims support Pakistan Cricket team. He believes that Pakistan will get full support of Indian Muslims even in the coming World Cup 2023.
The 45-year-old former player says that Indian Muslims will support Pakistan in the World Cup to be hosted by India in October. His statement is being severely criticized. In the podcast of Nadir Ali, he said about the India-Pakistan match that “When the Indian team is playing at home, it will be a strong contender to win. Pakistan team is good. Will be a good match. But as far as the crowd is concerned, I think there are too many Muslims. We will also get support from their side. Indian Muslims support us a lot. I have played two series there, in Ahmedabad and Hyderabad.
