New Delhi, India’s daughters have done wonders in the ACC Women’s Emerging Team Cup. In the ongoing tournament in Hong Kong, India-A defeated Bangladesh-A in the final. In the final, batting first, India scored 127 runs for 7 wickets and in reply Bangladeshi team was bundled out for just 96 runs. The script of Team India’s victory was written by its spinners. The Bangladeshi team collapsed in front of the spin of Shreyanka Patil and Mannat Kashyap.
Shreyanka Patil took 4 wickets for just 13 runs in the title match. The amazing thing is that out of these 13, Shreyanka gave 5 runs on the wide ball. Meaning Bangladeshi team was able to score only 8 runs with the bat against this off-spinner. Apart from Shreyanka, left-arm spinner Mannat Kashyap took 3 wickets for 20 runs in the final. Titas Sadhu took one wicket there.

What happened in the final?
Team India did not have a good start in the title battle. Captain Shweta Sehrawat was bowled by Nahida Akhtar after scoring 13 runs in 20 balls. After this Chhetri and Dinesh Vrinda played good innings. Chhetri scored 22 and Vrinda scored the maximum 36 runs. In the middle order, Kanika Ahuja scored an unbeaten 30 in 23 balls to take the team to 127 runs.
Shreyanka did a great job
Please tell that Shreyanka Patil was the best player of this tournament. This 20-year-old off-spinner took 9 wickets in just 2 matches. The amazing thing is that Shreyanka spent only 15 runs during this period. In the league match against Hong Kong, Shreyanka took 5 wickets for 2 runs and now in the final she took 5 wickets for 13 runs. (news being updated)
