Hearing in Brijbhushan sexual abuse case, FSL report is still pending- Police
A hearing has been held in the matter of taking cognizance of the charge sheet filed in the Rouse Avenue Court in connection with the allegation of sexual harassment (WFI Sexual Harassment) on Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh, former President of the Wrestling Federation of India. Meanwhile, the Delhi Police said in the court that, in the case, some people have been sent notices abroad. Whose answer is yet to come. Also, the report of the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) is yet to come in this matter. Let us tell you that the wrestlers did a lot of protest against Brij Bhushan.
During this, the Delhi Police said in the court that a supplementary charge sheet can be filed in the case in future. The court also asked the Delhi Police to file the FSL report related to the case soon. Delhi Police said that their best efforts are being made to get the report soon.
Along with this, the police has also sought the call details record report from the court. The court will hear the matter again on July 7. Rouse Avenue Court said that the charge sheet is of more than one thousand pages. However, this will still take time.
Earlier, on June 15, the Delhi Police has imposed sections 354, 354A, 354D of IPC in a 1000-page charge sheet against Brij Bhushan Singh.
