Negligence of BCCI
Actually, no official announcement was made about offline tickets, but those who had booked tickets online had to go to the counter and show the QR code and take the hard copy of the ticket from there. On the previous day, the window was opened for ticket collection from 11 am to 6 pm, due to which many people gathered outside the stadium. The police had to handle the crowd of fans.

Despite this, people were seen trying to go ahead by climbing over each other. Some people fell down in the crowd, but regardless of them others were seen climbing on top of them and going ahead. Women also got trapped in this stampede. The video of this lapse of BCCI outside the stadium is becoming quite viral on social media. According to the official notice, tickets will not be given on the day of the qualifier match. In such a situation, now the fans can take their tickets on the next day of the qualifiers.
