Delhi will host big teams like South Africa, Australia and England in the World Cup. For this reason, Delhi had decided to make many changes in the stadium, which is to be done by September 15. There will be many changes from outfield to seats
The capacity of spectators will be increased in Delhi’s Arun Jaitley Stadium, which will have a capacity of around 35 thousand. Apart from this, about 10 thousand seats will also be changed. New washrooms will also be built. Changes have been made in the outfield and in such a situation the staff will also be increased. However, DDCA has to make changes in all these things before September 15.
These teams will compete in the World Cup
The first match of the World Cup in Delhi will be played between South Africa vs Sri Lanka on 7 October. After this, India vs Afghanistan will be played on 11 October. There will be a clash between Afghanistan vs England on 15th October. Australia vs Netherlands will face each other on October 25. Bangladesh vs Sri Lanka will face each other on 06th November. All these matches will be played from 2 pm Indian time.
