Ingredients for making Corn Cheese Balls-
Potato 1 big
-corn 1 cup
-Cheese cup grated
– Black pepper powder tsp
-Garlic paste tsp
– Flour 4 tbsp
– salt as needed
-oil as required
Recipe to make Corn Cheese Balls-
To make this, first of all boil corn and potatoes separately.
Then you take out the extra water from it. Note that there should be no water or moisture in mixing the corn and potatoes.
After this, put the potatoes in a pan or bowl and mash them.
Then you add corn to it and mix it while mashing it lightly.
After this, add grated cheese, garlic paste, black pepper powder and salt as per taste and mix it.
Make sure to add less salt as cheese also contains salt.
Then you add organo and flour and mix it.
After that you mix it well and test the mixture once.
Then you make balls with little by little mixture.
After this, put oil in a pan and heat it.
Then you put a small ball made of corn-cheese mixture in it and fry it on medium heat.
After this, when it turns golden on one side, then you turn it over with a slotted spoon.
Then you take it out on a kitchen paper towel so that its extra oil can be removed.
After this you serve them hot with tomato ketchup.
