The senior selection committee of BCCI has announced the team for the Test and ODI series and with this the selection committee is on the target of critics. Former India opener Akash Chopra has also put the selection committee in the dock and Sarfaraz Khan He has been scolded fiercely for not choosing him.
Cheteshwar Pujara has been dropped from India’s Test team, along with Yashasvi Jaiswal and Rituraj Gaikwad have been selected in the Test team for the first time. Either of these two will play at number-2 in place of Pujara. But Sarfaraz Khan has not been selected in the team.

the reason should be told to everyone
Sarfaraz has scored runs in the last three years and still he has not been able to make a place in the Indian team. Akash Chopra has said on his YouTube channel that what else Sarfaraz should do now. He said that if his figures are seen in the last three years, he is far ahead of the rest. According to Akash, Sarfaraz has scored runs everywhere but still he is not being selected, so what message do the selectors want to give?
From the past 3 years Sarfaraz Khan has been the highest run scorer in Ranji Trophy, hitting back to back centuries in domestic cricket!!!
-Highest Batting Average of 79.65 in First Class -Scored 900+ Runs in 2 Consecutive Ranji seasons.

Akash said that this question should be asked. This former batsman said that if there is any reason to keep Sarfaraz out, then it should be made public. He said that the selectors should clearly say that they do not like this thing about Sarfaraz.

Is there no value of first class?
First class cricket is considered as one of the criteria for selection in the team. Many players have reached the door of Team India from here. But this is not the case with Sarfaraz. He is continuously scoring first class runs but is still being ignored. Akash said that if the selectors do not value first class, then it sends a wrong message.
