Madhya Pradesh: Alleged BJYM members arrested in sex racket accused of being close to Forest Minister


According to the police, seven girls from Thailand are among the arrested accused related to the Jismfaroshi gang. The BJP, which is facing political trouble in this case, says that it is investigating about the three people who came under the scanner.

State Congress President Kamal Nath’s media coordinator Narendra Saluj said in a statement, “Three of the BJYM leaders from Khandwa district, who were caught in an objectionable position during the disclosure of the extortion gang in a salon in Indore. These three leaders are close to the Forest Minister Vijay Shah, who belongs to Khandwa.

Saluja said, ‘The connection of the three accused caught in the sex racket running in the spa center of Vijay Nagar in Indore, has come to the fore with the BJP. All three youths Varun Yadav, Vivek Namdev and Ashok Singla, officers of Khalwa Mandal of BJYM and State Forest Minister Vijay Shah are very close to this.

Narendra Saluja has also shared two pictures in his tweet, in one of which Minister Shah is seen with BJYM member Vivek Namdev on the bullet, while in the second picture Varun is seen feeding Yadav something.

In a tweet, Saluja said, ‘This spa center is also coming to the fore about the protection of BJP leaders. Congress demands that the Forest Minister should resign after this revelation. Congress alleges that only to suppress and hide this matter, BJP is deliberately tossing up the case of BJP leader Javed Habib in Indore-Bhopal.

He said, “With the arrest of three BJYM leaders in the extortion case, the real trick, character and face of the BJP has come to the fore. We demand the resignation of the Forest Minister.

In a tweet on Sunday, Congress leader and state Chief Minister Digvijay Singh said, ‘It is also necessary to find out which BJP leader’s disciple who was running the spawn, and since when and under whose protection all this was going on?’

Forest Minister Shah’s response to the Congress’s allegations has not been received despite several attempts. However, state BJP spokesperson Umesh Sharma said, “The district BJP unit of Khandwa is probing the three people who came under the scanner. If all three people are found to be associated with BJYM and have any role in the extortion case, then the state BJP unit will recommend them to be expelled from the party.

A top police officer said that on January 6, 10 women and eight men were arrested under the Immoral Prostitution Act, including seven women from Thailand, in a case of sexual intercourse in a salon located in Vijay Nagar, Indore.

The official confirmed that three people from Khandwa district were among the accused caught as customers from the salon.

According to Dainik Bhaskar’s report, all three people associated with the BJP had gone there for a massage, during which a raid took place and the police arrested them.

Dainik Bhaskar has quoted Indore Police in one of its reports that three youths of Khandwa were arrested in the sex racket case. These included Varun Yadav, Vivek Namdev and Ashok Singla. These three youths are BJP functionaries. Varun Yadav is in the post of Vice President and Vivek Namdev General Secretary in Yuva Morcha Khalwa Mandal, while Ashok Singla is a Dhaba operator by being a BJP worker.

All three BJP office-bearers are close to Vijay Shah, the Forest Minister in the state government. Minister Shah is the MLA from this area. After the matter came to light, many people have also shared photos of the accused along with the minister and his son Divyaditya on social media.

According to the report, out of the 18 arrested accused, 17 people were sent to jail on Saturday. Four of these girls were doing the business of sexual intercourse by getting the gender changed. His gender mail is written in the passport.

“All the girls along with the customers were in a compromising position in different cabins of the salon. We also found objectionable material used in sexual activity there.

According to the officer, during police interrogation, the salon operator allegedly confessed to prostitution and told that he used to collect Rs 5,000 to Rs 10,000 from each customer and send them to the girls inside the cabin.
