Emotional card of Uddhav Thackeray remained ineffective, 6 more Shiv Sena MLAs reached Eknath camp

Maharashtra Political Crisis: The difficulties of the Uddhav government in Maharashtra are increasing continuously. Despite the emotional appeal of CM Thackeray, the process of changing sides of Shiv Sena MLAs is still going on. Three more MLAs have reached Guwahati this morning. Earlier on Wednesday, four more MLAs had joined the Shinde faction in Guwahati.

So far, a total of 48 MLAs are being claimed to have reached Eknath Shinde’s camp. According to the information, now there are 41 Shiv Sena MLAs and 4 independent MLAs in Radishan Blue Hotel in Guwahati. On the other hand, the Uddhav camp says that Shiv Sena has 20. According to Shiv Sena, so far only 33 MLAs of the army have reached the Shinde faction and their quorum under the anti-defection law has not been fulfilled.

Meanwhile, according to information received from sources, Eknath Shinde can send a letter of support to the Shiv Sainiks present with him to the Governor by this evening and Uddhav can withdraw his support to the government.

At the same time, the BJP is taking a lot of caution regarding the rebellion of Shiv Sena MLAs. The party hasn’t come out directly yet. However, according to the information received from the sources, he has started preparing to form his government in the state. The party leaders are also keeping an eye on the stand of both its allies Congress and NCP along with Shiv Sena.

Earlier on Wednesday, Shinde faction sent a letter signed by 34 MLAs to Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari. It has been said in the letter that Eknath Shinde is the leader of Shiv Sena Legislature Party. Bharat Gogavale has been elected as the new Chief Whip. Shinde was removed from the post of Legislature Party leader by Shiv Sena on Tuesday.

Let us tell you that after the appeal of Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray, rebel Shiv Sena leader Eknath Shinde issued a statement saying that it is necessary to leave the Congress and NCP to save Shiv Sena. In the last two and a half years, other parties have benefited from Maha Vikas Aghadi and only Shiv Sena has suffered, he tweeted. While other parties became stronger, the strength of Shiv Sena kept on decreasing. To keep the party and the Shiv Sainiks alive, it is very important to come out of the unnatural alliance.

On Wednesday evening, CM Uddhav Thackeray left the Chief Minister’s residence and reached Matoshree (his home). Not only this, he came live on Facebook and said that the rebels should come forward and talk to them. He said that he is also ready to resign.
