New Delhi:Poster war has started between Aam Aadmi Party and BJP. After putting up posters demanding removal of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, posters of ‘Arvind Kejriwal Hatao, Delhi Bachao’ have been put up by the BJP.
In connection with putting up ‘Modi Hatao, Desh Bachao’ posters, Delhi Police has registered 100 FIRs and arrested six people. This information has been given by the news agency ANI.
At the same time, Indian Express has told that the number of FIRs is 44 and two of the four arrested are the owners of the printing press. NDTV has also shared similar figures.
About 2,000 posters related to ‘Modi Hatao, Desh Bachao’ put up in Delhi have been removed. Apart from this, a van carrying more than 2,000 posters has been stopped. Two printing presses were ordered for 50,000 posters.
Police told The Indian Express that one of the arrested had said that the person who gave the order had asked him to deliver the poster to the Delhi headquarters of the Aam Aadmi Party.
The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has a government in Delhi. Whereas, the Delhi Police is under the central government ruled by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
In protest against the action taken by the police in this regard, the Aam Aadmi Party tweeted pictures of these posters and asked how many more FIRs would be registered by the Modi government. It also used the same hashtag ‘Modi Hatao, Desh Bachao’ and said Modi was scared of the party.

In a tweet, along with the pictures of the posters, AAP said, ‘How many FIRs will be lodged by PM Modi on this? Now the sound is coming from every corner.

The party has criticized the Modi government at the Center in a series of other tweets. A tweet said, ‘The one who calls himself ’56 inch’ got scared of the 56 inch ‘poster’.’

Bharat Rashtra Samithi’s social media head Y. Satish Reddy also tweeted a picture of the posters saying, ‘Modi hatao, desh bachao, agar agar this poster alone is the reason for more than 100 FIRs and dozens of arrests. I am also ready to be arrested! I am also ready to be arrested.

According to a report published in Hindustan, Arvind Kejriwal and other party leaders will protest at Jantar Mantar to protest against the removal of ‘Modi Hatao, Desh Bachao’ posters from various areas of Delhi.
At the same time, in response to these posters from the BJP, posters of ‘Arvind Kejriwal Hatao, Desh Bachao’ have been shared on Twitter.
BJP leader Harish Khurana has posted a video on Twitter, in which he is seen with a poster saying ‘Arvind Kejriwal Hatao, Desh Bachao’.
With this, he wrote, ‘Aam Aadmi Party people, we have openly named the poster and taken it out. Not like you who secretly take out posters without your name. We are not scared like you. Arvind Kejriwal must move out of Delhi now. If Delhi has to be saved. He had come to eradicate corruption, two of his own ministers are in jail.

It may be noted that earlier in 2021, the Delhi Police had registered 17 FIRs and arrested 25 people for pasting posters critical of Modi in dealing with the second wave of COVID-19.
