Ingredients for Beet Pickle-
-1 cup beetroot
-1 cup tamarind pulp
-1/2 cup chopped garlic
-3 tbsp chopped green chillies
-1 tsp turmeric powder
– salt to taste
-1 tsp red chili powder
-1 tsp vinegar
Beetroot pickle recipe-
To make this, first of all, soak tamarind in hot water and keep it.
After this, heat oil in a pan and add garlic and green chilies to it.
Then you fry them for a minute and keep them aside.
After this, add beetroot in it and cook for a while.
Then you add red chili powder, turmeric powder and tamarind pulp to it.
After this, you cook it on low flame and fry it by adding salt and vinegar.
Then you take it off the flame and take it out in a bowl.
After this, add the mixture of garlic and green chilies to it.
Now your beetroot pickle is ready.
Then you store it in an airtight container.
