Ingredients for making Samosa Roll-
-250 grams wheat flour
-100 grams flour
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-1/2 tsp kalonji
-1/2 tsp celery
– salt to taste
For filling-
-3 boiled potatoes
-3 chopped green chilies
-1 tsp amchur powder
-1 tsp crushed red chili
– 1 tsp roasted cumin
– 1 tsp coriander powder
-1/2 tsp black pepper powder
– salt to taste
– some green coriander leaves
-2 tsp arrowroot
Recipe for making samosa roll-
To make this, first of all, take a cup of wheat flour in a big vessel.
Then you add half a cup of all purpose flour, a little salt, half a teaspoon of fennel seeds, half a teaspoon of carom seeds and two tablespoons of oil.
After this, mix all these things well and knead soft dough with the help of water.
Then you keep it covered for 10 minutes, so that the dough rises and sets.
After this, mash three boiled potatoes in a vessel for its stuffing.
Then you add green chili, mango powder, red chili, cumin powder, coriander powder and black pepper powder to it.
Along with this, add salt as per taste, arrowroot or rice flour and finely chopped green coriander and mix all the things well.
Then you make small balls of the dough and then apply oil in your hand and make a roll by smoothing it.
After this, put 1 tablespoon of all purpose flour and a little water in a bowl and make a thin batter of all purpose flour.
Then after about 10 minutes, knead the dough once again and make it soft.
After this, make small balls of the dough to make samosa rolls.
Then you roll the dough into a long shape and then cut the side parts of the bandage with a knife and remove them.
After this, place a potato on top of the bandage and make a roll by folding it.
Then you put a mixture of maida on top of it and stick it well.
In the same way, prepare samosa rolls of all the balls first.
After this, to fry the samosa roll, put oil in the pan and heat it on medium flame.
Then you add samosa rolls to it and fry them well on medium flame till golden brown from both the sides.
Now your samosa roll is ready.
