New Delhi: Similar cold wave conditions will prevail over Delhi and other parts of North India for the next several days. Another Western Disturbance is likely to reach the Western Himalayas around January 21. While a series of Western Disturbances is already affecting the hills of North India, rain and snowfall are continuing over Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Ladakh.
The Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted light to moderate rain and severe cold conditions for the next three-four days in states like Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Punjab, Haryana and Madhya Pradesh. According to the weather, there is a possibility of rain in the Western Himalayan region from January 21 to 23. There is a possibility of heavy rain and snowfall in Himachal Pradesh on January 22.
According to the Meteorological Department, there may be a lot of rain in Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, West Uttar Pradesh, North Rajasthan from January 21 to 23.
The Meteorological Department has predicted dense to very dense fog at isolated places over Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, North Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Odisha and Sub-Himalayan West Bengal during the next 2 days.
According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of severe cold in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar during the next three days. During the next 3 days, parts of Uttar Pradesh and Bihar are likely to experience cold to severe cold conditions.
On the other hand, cold wave conditions will prevail over parts of North Madhya Pradesh during next 2 days and over Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh and Delhi, North Rajasthan during next 24 hours and will subside thereafter.
