Health department officials have lodged a complaint regarding the entire incident at Bilari police station. In the complaint lodged with the police, Dr. Sanjeev Beniwal said that thousands of antibiotics were used. Giving it to an ordinary person can even lead to the death of a patient.
Complaints received from many departments

Case registered against two people
Seeing the seriousness of the matter, as soon as the police received the complaint, a case was registered under section 420 of IPC, section 15 (2), 15 (3) of the Indian Medical Council Act 1956 against 12th pass Chandrabhan, who was running the clinic, and Mahavir, the owner of that hospital. A case has been registered under. Investigation into the matter has been started.
Prescriptions of 400 to 500 patients were kept.
When the hospital was raided by ACMO Dr. Sanjeev Beniwal, he was shocked. 400 to 500 patient prescriptions were kept inside the hospital. When the hospital was searched, a large quantity of antibiotic injections were found. Seeing this, Sanjeev Beniwal lodged a complaint with the police considering it a violation of the antibiotic policy and suspecting wrong treatment to the patient. The police have registered a case and started legal action against the 12th pass quack doctor.
