Gurgaon: A case has been registered against members of Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) and Bajrang Dal for allegedly raising derogatory slogans against a community during a rally organized in Haryana’s Gurgaon city to protest the murder of a tailor in Rajasthan’s Udaipur city. . Gurgaon Police issued an official statement saying that a case has been registered under sections 116, 153 (A), 295 (A), 34 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
According to the Indian Express report, on June 29 (Wednesday), at least 80 people gathered at Nehru Park in Gurgaon at around 5 pm and marched towards Sadar Bazar before dispersing at Harish Bakery Chowk, according to police.
