That’s why Tofu Kofta is a very tasty and healthy dish. You can make and eat it very easily from lunch to dinner, so let’s know the recipe of making tofu koftas-
Ingredients to make Tofu Kofta – (Tofu Kofta ingredients)
Boiled 3 potatoes
-tofu 1 cup
-Corn Flour 2 tsp
Cashew paste 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
– salt to taste
Onion 2 finely chopped
-Tomato paste or puree cup
-Ginger paste 2 tsp
-Garlic paste 2 tsp
Turmeric powder half tsp
Red chili powder tsp
Garam masala powder tsp
Tofu kofta recipe – (Tofu kofta recipe)
To make this, first of all, take tofu in a vessel, mash or grate it.
Then take the boiled potatoes, peel them and mash them.
After this, add cashew paste, red chili and cornflour to it and mix well.
Then you add salt to it as per taste and mix well.
After this, put oil in a pan and heat it.
Then you prepare small balls of this made mixture.
After this, put them in oil and fry them till they become golden.
Then put some oil in another pan and heat it.
After this, add cumin and asafetida and crack it.
Then you add finely chopped onion and ginger-garlic paste to it.
After that you fry it till it becomes golden brown.
Then add tomato puree to it and cook while stirring well.
After this, add turmeric, red chili powder and salt to it.
Then you add some water to it and cook for about ten minutes.
After this you add garam masala to it and then let the gravy come to a boil.
Then you add kofta to it and keep it like this for a while.
Now your Tofu Kofta is ready.
Then you serve them hot with roti, rice or paratha.
