-1 tbsp oil
– 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
-150 grams spinach
-50 grams paneer
-2 cubes cheese
– salt to taste
– 1 tsp coriander powder
-1/2 tsp turmeric powder
– Dosa batter ready for dosa
Recipe to make Palak Paneer Cheese Dosa-
To make this, first of all, put oil in a pan and heat it.
Then you add onion and chopped garlic, green chili and ginger garlic paste to it.
After that you fry all these things well.
Then you add spinach to it and cook for about 2-3 minutes.
After this, add coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt to it and mix well.
Then you add grated cheese and cheese to it.
After this, you mix them well and cook for a while and prepare the dosa filling.
Then you grease a pan with oil and grease it well.
After this, take the dosa batter and pour it on the pan and spread it in a round shape.
