In such a situation, today we have brought you the recipe for making Soya Chap Roll. This is a great snack recipe. It is very tasty and healthy, so let’s know the recipe of making Soya Chaap Roll-
Ingredients for making Soya Chaap Roll-
-Soya chaap 300 grams
– cream as required
-Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
– Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
-Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
– red chili powder 1/4 tsp
Tandoori Masala 1 tsp
– salt to taste
– Mint and coriander chutney
– roti 5 roomali
Recipe to make Soya Chaap Roll-
To make this, first of all boil the soya chaap for about 7-8 minutes.
After that you filter it and keep it aside.
Then you add cream, red chili powder, garam masala and salt to the soya chaap.
After this, add black pepper powder and ginger garlic paste to it.
Then you mix all these well and marinate for at least 3-4 hours.
After this you preheat the fryer at 180 degree Celsius for about 5 minutes.
Then you add marinated soya chaap to it and air fry for 6-7 minutes.
After this, you turn it from side to side and apply butter and air fry for about 6-7 minutes.
Then you cut it into small pieces and add cream.
After this, take a roomali roti and compress it lightly.
Then you roll it by adding green chutney, soya chaap mixture and onion rings.
Now your soya chaap roll is ready.
