Five categories have been created for this. A provision has been made to pay them Rs 3 to 8 lakh for each campaign of the Punjab government.
BJP upset with Punjab government’s decision

He said that social media influencers will be given up to ₹ 8 lakh per campaign and that is why Punjab Influencer Empowerment Policy has been brought and this is the Punjab government’s effort to influence the influencers by paying them.

The influencer should not be blacklisted by any state government, PSU or company.
There should not be any obscene material or any post against the country or society on the page of the social media influencer.
If included on the government panel, recognition will be given for 2 years and during this period the Punjab government will give money per campaign as per the promotion of the project.
To come on the government panel, there should not be any case registered against the social media influencer.
