Their taste will surely make your test bird double. Ingredients for making Turnip Paratha-
-wheat flour
– for kneading oil
-Water to knead the dough
– pinch of salt
-grated turnip
-Cumin
-turmeric powder
-chilli powder
-coriander powder
– grated ginger
– a pinch of asafoetida
-mint
– oil as needed
Recipe for making turnip paratha-
To make this, first put wheat flour, oil and a pinch of salt in a big vessel.
Then add water little by little and knead the dough.
After this, put some oil in a pan and heat it.
Then add cumin, asafetida and other dry spices to it.
After this, add grated turnip and all the ingredients and mix it.
Then you keep this mixture aside to cool down for a while.
After this, take the dough and make a dough out of it.
After this, after stuffing it, seal all the edges and roll it.
Then you heat a non stick pan and put the paratha on the pan.
After this, you cook the paratha from both the sides till it becomes golden.
Then you take it off the flame and serve it hot with pickle or curd.
