Also, you can make and eat it very easily, so let’s know the recipe of making millet raab-
Ingredients for making Bajra ki Rab-
-2 tsp millet flour
-1/2 cup curd
– salt to taste
-1/3 tsp cumin
-1/3 tsp celery
-2 tsp coriander leaves
-1 tsp ghee
Bajra ki raab recipe-
To make this, first of all, add 1 cup of water to the curd and beat it well.
After this, add salt, cumin and carom seeds to it and mix it well.
Then add a cup of water to the millet flour and mix it well.
After this, put ghee in a pan and heat it.
Then you add flour mixture and a cup of water to it and cook on low flame.
After this, when this mixture becomes thick, then turn off the gas.
Now your healthy and tasty Bajra ki Raab is ready.
Then garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it hot.
