Ingredients for making Petha Laddu-
-200 grams petha
-200 grams mawa
-4 to 5 cardamom
-10 to 12 pistachios
-10 to 12 cashews
-1/3 cup coconut sawdust
Recipe to make Petha Laddu-
To make this, first of all, put mawa in a pan and fry till the ghee separates while stirring.
Then you take the petha and grate it in a vessel. After this, cut the nuts one by one.
After this, cut each cashew into 6 to 7 pieces and chop the pistachios finely and thinly.
Then you can also peel small cardamom and make powder.
After this, when the mawa cools down, then add grated petha, cashew and cardamom powder and some pistachios to it.
Then you mix all these ingredients well.
After this, take a little mixture in your hand and bind it well.
Then you make a medium shape ladoo by making it round.
After this, wrap the laddu in coconut powder and make it round with your hands.
