Ingredients for making Peanut Chaat-
-3 cups peanuts
-1 onion finely chopped
-1 Tomato finely chopped
1 green chili finely chopped
-2 tbsp lemon juice
-2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
-1/2 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
-1/4 tsp chaat masala
Recipe to make Peanut Chaat-
To make this, first of all clean the peanuts.
After this, put 5 cups of water in peanuts and keep them for boiling in a pressure cooker.
Then you add turmeric powder and salt to it and keep it to cook on medium flame.
After this, when 5 whistles come in the cooker, then you turn off the gas.
Then filter the peanuts from the cooker with the help of a sieve and keep them aside in a bowl.
After this, add red chili and roasted cumin seeds to these peanuts and mix them well.
Then you add finely chopped onion, tomato and green chili to it and mix.
After this, add salt and 2 teaspoons of lemon juice to it and mix it.
Now your spicy peanut chaat is ready.
Then serve it garnished with green coriander.
