Its consumption also helps you in losing weight. Also it is very tasty and spicy. You can make and eat it quickly and easily, so let’s know the recipe of making Mushroom Masala Tikki-
Ingredients for making Mushroom Masala Tikki-
-2 cups boiled and mashed sweet potatoes
– oil for frying
-1/2 tsp cumin
– 1 tsp mixed ginger-garlic-chilli paste
-2 tbsp capsicum
-4-6 unsliced mushrooms
-2 tbsp grated cheese
-1/2 tsp red chili powder
-1/4 tsp garam masala powder
-2 tbsp coriander leaves
– Salt and pepper as per taste
-1/2 tsp mixed herbs
-1/2 tsp chili flakes
-3-4 tbsp maida/corn flour
-1 cup bread crumbs
Mushroom Masala Tikki Recipe –
To make this, first of all, put oil in a pan and heat it.
Then you add cumin and ginger-garlic-chilli paste to it.
Along with this, add capsicum, mushrooms, salt, pepper, herbs, chili flakes and all the spices in it.
Then you add 1 teaspoon all purpose flour to it and mix it well.
After this you cook the mushroom mixture on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
Then you add mashed sweet potato, coriander leaves, bread crumbs and paneer to it and mix well.
After this, after turning off the gas, take out the mixture in a plate and keep it to cool down a bit.
Then you apply a little oil on your hands and divide the tikki mixture into about 10-12 equal parts.
After this, you make small shaped tikkis from them and keep them to cool for about 20 minutes.
Then you prepare a thick solution of flour and water and coat the tikki on it.
After that you coat it with bread crumbs.
Then put them on medium heat and deep fry them till they become golden crispy.
After that take them out on kitchen paper.
Then you serve them hot with ketchup or chutney.
