But have you ever tried mushroom cutlets? If not, today we have brought you the recipe for making mushroom cutlets. This dish looks very crispy and spicy. Along with this, by eating it, your stomach remains full for a long time, which helps you in controlling weight. It is also very easy to make, so let’s know the recipe of making mushroom cutlets-
Ingredients for making Mushroom Cutlet –
Mushroom 400 grams
-Vegetable oil 1 cup
– Salt as required
Green coriander 1 handful
-bread crumbs 1 1/3 cups
-2 egg whites
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Green chili 2
– clove 1
Mushroom cutlet recipe
To make this, first of all wash the green coriander, green chili, onion and garlic bud and finely chop it.
After this, put all these things in different utensils and keep them aside.
Then you put potatoes and water in a pressure cooker and boil for about 10-12 minutes.
After this you turn off the gas and leave them to cool down a bit.
Then you put the mushrooms in a pot and boil for about 10 minutes until they become soft.
After this, when it boils, take out the extra water and cut the mushrooms.
Then you put two tablespoons of oil in a pan and heat it on medium-low flame.
After this, add onion to it and fry it well till it becomes transparent.
Then add chopped mushrooms to it and cook till the water dries up.
After this, peel the potatoes and mash them in a deep bowl.
Then you add mushrooms, green coriander, green chilies, garlic buds, garam masala, chili powder, turmeric and salt to it.
After this you mix all these things well and prepare a paste.
Then you prepare eggs and bread crumbs by putting them in separate bowls.
After this, put oil in a pan and heat it on medium heat.
Then you take a little mixture and give it the shape of cutlets.
After this, dip each cutlet in egg white and then coat it with bread crumbs.
Then you put them in hot oil and deep fry them till they turn golden from both the sides.
Now your delicious mushroom cutlets are ready.
Then you serve it hot with favorite chutney or ketchup.
