Jabalpur: In Madhya Pradesh, once again a case of murder due to superstition has come to the fore. The police has exposed the blind murder that took place on January 10 under Bargi police station of Jabalpur. The police have also arrested the accused of murder in this case.
This murder was not done by anyone but the nephew of the deceased. The accused has confessed his crime. It is being told that the accused first killed his elder father and elder mother with sharp weapons on suspicion of witchcraft and later burnt the bodies of both to destroy the evidence.
The body was found in a burnt condition in the hut
Let us tell you that, on January 10, the bodies of husband and wife were found in a burnt condition in a farm hut in village Chaurai, Bargi, which was identified as Sumeri Lal Kulaste and Siya Bai Kulaste. The police had registered a case and started searching for the accused.
Open secret on strict interrogation
When the police strictly interrogated the relatives of the deceased’s brother Kandhi Lal in this case, then the whole secret came out in the open. It is being told that the accused Dayaram had absconded after carrying out this murder. Accused Dayaram was seen in the village itself on the intervening night of 9th and 10th of the murder and fled from the village after committing the murder.
The accused was troubled by elder father and elder mother
The accused Dayaram says that he was upset with his elder mother and elder father. Together these two had made life difficult for their family. According to the accused, his elder mother and father used to practice witchcraft and because of these four-five years ago his brother passed away from this world. Not only this, the accused says that his elder father and mother had even grabbed his land and kept his food and drink difficult. So, he carried out this murder.
