For the arrest of the accused, immediately the police reached his village Sandla, searching for Arpit, where he arrested him. During interrogation, Arpit confessed to taking the pistol from Surya. The accused told that he had given the pistol to his friend Subhash Patidar’s father Kailash Patidar resident Sandla.
