Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav responded to the discussion on Harda firecracker factory accident in the Assembly. Chief Minister Mohan Yadav said that the opposition had insisted that there should be a discussion on this topic, we respect everyone’s sentiments and feelings. He said that all the members of the Assembly are finding a way to discuss this topic with consensus. Chief Minister Yadav said that the incident was sad but I express the confidence that whenever such a situation arises in future, it will set an example of how we all can work together.
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that as soon as I got information about this accident in the cabinet on February 6 around 11:20, we stopped the cabinet and formed a team there. Minister Rao Uday Pratap Singh immediately reached the incident site. Two responsible officers were also sent with him. Seeing the video shots of the accident, it seemed that this was a gruesome and big incident. It was decided to call an emergency meeting immediately.
Arrangements were made immediately after the incident- CM
The Chief Minister said that Bhopal is far from Indore and Hoshangabad. That is why the Home Minister of the Government of India was also informed about the incident at 12:20 pm and a request was made to provide NDRF teams, helicopters and other arrangements. The incident was big.

He further told that Rao Uday Pratap Singh reached Harda and informed about the situation. Medical facilities were provided. Arrangements were made to create green corridors and burn units in nearby hospitals. Fire brigade vehicles were also dispatched. More than 100 fire brigades and 50 ambulances and other necessary resources were immediately made available in Harda.
The Chief Minister said that there was also an arrangement for a helicopter. But it was not possible to bring the people from Bern. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that I have come to Hamidia Hospital to meet all the injured. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that a fire brigade employee’s hand was cut off while extinguishing the fire. From this, the magnitude of the incident can be estimated.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the Leader of Opposition has also spoken regarding the removal of officers. The officers were removed so that they could not influence the investigation nor use their influence to protect any subordinate culprit. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that I want to assure you that no one will be spared, strict action will be taken against the culprits found in the investigation.
Order to check licenses across the state
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that through video conferencing with all 55 districts, an investigation team was formed in the state and reports were called from all the districts regarding explosive licenses. 17 in Mandla, 4 in Datia, 5 in Morena, 123 in Jabalpur, 10 in Shivpuri, 26 in Gwalior, 6 in Dindori, 72 in Chhindwara, 6 in Katni, 29 in Shahdol, 7 in Ashok Nagar, institutions investigated together. Was initiated.
12 explosive licenses have been sealed in Harda. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that investigation is being done on two points, where is the godown and the goods and how much material is eligible to be kept. A case is being filed if goods are found in excess of eligibility. In Harda, it has come to light that explosive material was taken in quantity exceeding the limit of explosive license.
