The filmmaker has reduced the weight of about 30 kg in a very short time with his hard work and dedication. He has given this information by posting a post on social media. People are stunned to see his transformation (Milap Zaveri).
Actually, Milap Zaveri has shared a picture on his social media. Sharing this photo, he wrote, ‘Less than 100 kg after almost four years! My Friend The Film Is not Over Yet.’ Along with this, the filmmaker has also spoken openly about his fitness journey. He said, ‘In July last year, my weight was around 130 kg and I found myself lethargic. Not only this, I could not even play tirelessly with my 6 year old son Mehan. It made me think that I need to be fit so that I can be there for him and my wife Gauri. And finally a few weeks ago I beat him in the race.’
Milap told that he has reduced his weight by following a carb high-protein diet, three days of cardio and three days of weight training routine. Milap said, “I started a program in which owner Yusuf Nalwala sent me pre-cooked food, thrice a day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. For seven months, I ate the same food on all days except Sundays. Initially, for the first two months I didn’t even take a cheat day. But then once the results started showing, I started taking a break on Sundays because there is a day where you can eat whatever you want. My trainer Savio Fernandes also started training me and my wife thrice a week.
He added, ‘You can tell someone to lose weight a hundred times, but they won’t do it until they decide for themselves. Whenever I used to go for dinner or holiday, I controlled my diet there and did not eat fat food. When I went to Goa for a holiday in December, I never missed my workout for a day. It has become a part of my life now. And, now I want to reduce my weight of 15-20 kg.
