As soon as the summer season comes, you can easily find different types of mangoes in the market. By the way, people like to consume mango in the form of salad, shake, smoothie, aam panna or lassi etc. But have you ever eaten chaat with the help of mango? If not, today we have brought you the recipe for making Mango Chaat. It looks very tasty and delicious as well as it is very easy to make, so let’s know the recipe of making Mango Chaat-
Ingredients for making Mango Chaat-
– Raw Mango 500 grams
– Groundnuts 1/2 cup Roasted
Green chili 3
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Chaat masala powder 1 tsp
2 cups puffed rice
Nachos 1/2 cup
Potatoes 2 boiled
Red chili powder 1 tsp
– Black salt as required
– 5 tbsp sev for garnishing
Coriander leaves 6 tbsp
Recipe to make Mango Chaat-
To make this, put peanuts and puffed rice in a pan.
After this, roast them on medium flame for about 5-10 minutes till they become crisp and let them cool down.
Then put finely chopped raw mango, mashed boiled potato, finely chopped onion and tomato in a large bowl.
After that you mix all these things well.
Then you add chopped green chilies, roasted peanuts, crushed nachos and roasted puffed rice.
After this, you toss all these things well.
Then you add chana masala, red chili powder, chaat masala and black salt as per taste.
After this, toss all these things well and apply the spices evenly.
Then add lemon juice on top and mix it well and take it out in a serving bowl.
After this, serve it garnished with chopped coriander and sev.
