Ingredients for making Jaggery Poha-
-1 cup Poha
1 small spoon of jaggery
-2 tbsp grated coconut
-2 tsp ghee
-1/2 cup dry fruits
Recipe to make Jaggery Poha-
To make this, first of all, soak the poha in water thoroughly.
After this, drain the water well and separate the poha.
Then you take a pan, add jaggery and water and boil it well.
After this, when the jaggery syrup is ready, then you add coconut to it and mix it well.
Then put ghee in another pan and heat it.
After this, add all the dry fruits in it and fry it lightly.
Then add poha and sugar syrup and mix well.
After this, turn off the gas by stirring it continuously for about 2 minutes.
Now your jaggery poha is ready.
Then you serve it with hot tea.
