According to political analysts, BJP has tried to do damage control on the direct seat by cutting the ticket of Kedarnath Shukla. Because after the name of Kedarnath Shukla cropped up in the urination scandal, the opposition has been continuously attacking BJP. In such a situation, BJP has tried to capitalize on the resentment among the public by canceling the Kedarnath ticket. However, only time will tell how much benefit it will provide.
The name was associated with the accused in the direct urination case.
In fact, Pravesh Shukla, accused in the direct urination scandal, was said to be a BJP leader. The opposition had claimed that he had also been a former representative of local MLA Kedarnath Shukla. Former CM Kamal Nath himself had said that the allegation is that the person urinating is associated with BJP. This incident has put the entire Madhya Pradesh to shame. However, Kedarnath rejected all the allegations and said that Pravesh Shukla is neither a BJP official nor has he been my MLA representative.
