He has requested Justice Ramana to direct immediate strict action in the matter and register a case against the accused under sections 120B, 121A, 124A, 153A, 153B, 295A and 298 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is known that the inflammatory program organized in Delhi was organized by Hindu Yuva Vahini and Haridwar’s program was organized by the hardline Hindutva leader Yeti Narasimhanand.
