Goods loaded in tractor
A unique case has come to light between a landlord and a tenant in the Kotwali area of Ghaziabad. In Kotwali area, a landlord broke his shop with a JCB for not paying the rent. After this the landlord loaded the shop’s goods in a tractor trolley and took it away. This whole matter is about the grocery market of Kotwali police station area of Ghaziabad. The police have registered a case in the police station on the complaint of one party. The police have started investigation on this entire matter.
Gaurav Channa has a workshop in Kirana Mandi on GT Road, Ghaziabad. The workshop was closed due to Sunday being a weekly holiday. When Gaurav Channa, who runs the workshop, came to his workshop at around 8 pm on Sunday evening, he found the wall of the shop broken. Goods worth lakhs were also found missing from inside the workshop. After this, the victim Gaurav Channa lodged a complaint of theft with the police at the Kotwali police station.
Allegation of robbery of Rs 30 to 35 lakhs
Victim Gaurav Channa wrote in the complaint lodged with the police that a robbery worth Rs 30 to 35 lakh was committed by breaking the wall of his workshop. The accused who committed the crime have also stolen the CCTV DVR from the workshop. Pictures of the accused have been captured in the CCTV installed nearby. It is seen in the CCTV that the accused are carrying all the goods of his workshop in a tractor.
Shop rent not paid for 8-10 years
On this matter, the police said that there is a dispute going on between the complainant Gaurav Channa and his shop owner regarding rent. There is a dispute going on between the two regarding rent for about 8 to 10 years. Gaurav Channa has not paid the rent of his shop for 8 to 10 years. Due to this they broke into the shop and took away the goods. ACP said that further action is being taken by registering a case on the complaint of Gaurav Channa.
