New Delhi: Arjun Tendulkar, son of cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar, has not been given a chance by Mumbai Indians in a single match of the IPL. Last year also MI bought him but did not show interest in playing the match. Although it remains to be seen how long Arjun makes his IPL debut, but before the match against CSK, Arjun has proved his talent in the nets.
Actually a video has been tweeted by MI in which it is seen that Arjun comes running fast and bowls the most expensive player of IPL 2022 auction Ishan Kishan by putting dangerous yorker. This ball of Arjun was so dangerous that Ishan Kishan’s bat remained lifted. His wicket was taken before he could hit any shot. After seeing this dangerous yorker from Arjun, the fans of Mumbai Indians are demanding to give Arjun a chance against CSK.
Mumbai Indians had created a buzz on their official Instagram handle by posting a photo of Junior Tendulkar a day before the match against Lucknow Super Giants but he was denied a chance.
Important match for both the teams
Under the 33rd match of IPL 2022, CSK and MI will compete on Thursday evening. In this season of IPL, where Mumbai Indians have lost six out of six matches, CSK have won only one out of six matches. MI is 10th and CSK ninth. The match is very important for both the teams. If MI loses this match then their chances of reaching the playoffs will be over.
